Long 24 hours
It has been a long 24 hours.
Yesterday started early. I gave Hadley a bath around 8am after she had an hour or so to wake up and eat. It was picture day at school and she didn't get a bath the night before. Then I took both kids out to the first MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) at my church. It was good to see everyone after the program being off for the summer. The food and conversations were great. I really connected with one girl that I didn't really get to know last year which was cool. Hadley had a great time in the kids room with playdoh, green sand, snack time and open play time and she was signing when she got home.
Speaking of when we got home. It was 11:30 (time for lunch). Then it was time to find clean clothes for Hadley for her pictures. Then walk her to school. In the afternoon I had a few things to do around the house and then I got ready to pick her up and take her to dance class.
I was prepared though and put in a ham while we were at dance class. So when I got home we just had to wait for the potatoes and veggies to cook.
Hadley went to bed easily but Easton was up until after 10:30. THEN... he was up all night. This morning came early with Hadley. Here we go again.
