11 months Old
Easton is 11 months old. AHHH, the time is flying by. I suppose I should start to figure out some 1 year birthday plans soon. Hmmmm...
Anyway, Easton is such a cool kid. He wakes up laughing and that is how he spends his whole day. Even when we are reprimanding him for putting his fingers in the VCR for the millionth time he giggles. (Yes we still have a VCR but for the record we haven't used it in years). But seriously, this kid loves to laugh.
He is now very mobile and crawls everywhere. He also easily pulls himself up on things and is starting to get brave enough to let go of one thing to hold onto another. (Coffee table to couch etc.)
He is still up two or sometimes three times a night to nurse but goes back to sleep easily.
Hadley loves to play with cars and so does Easton. Even though we try to give Easton the big cars appropriate for kids under a year he really wants to play with the smaller cars that Hadley plays with with the small wheels that can come off. Ugh.
He LOVES the phone. Whenever we are on it Easton makes it clear that he would like it. He also makes it clear when he is trying to converse with you. He makes noises and eye contact to show exactly what he wants.
He LOVES light switches. Every time we leave a room he reaches for them.
He is eating more now which makes him happier. So that is good. Still not a lot but more.
His clothes are mostly size 18 months now.
He loves water in a pool, at the beach or just at bath-time.
He loves being outside.
He loves rolling and throwing a ball.
Did I mention the kid loves to laugh. It is so much fun for him to crawl and be chased. It makes my heart smile just thinking of his happiness.
I am so glad he is in our lives.
