Tangled in the Park

Tonight at Willow Park in Whitby they were showing the Disney movie Tangled on a big screen for free.
They had a concession booth where you could buy snow cones, popcorn, pop and cotton candy.  This all surprised me as the show was sponsored by an orthodontist but whatever.  :)
I don't know why but I was determined to go but I was.  So, I packed up sleeping bags, blankets, snacks, drinks, chairs and the two kids and away we went.
The movie was supposed to start at dusk but after two false starts with faulty DVD players it finally began around 9:30pm.
For the record I really didn't like the movie but it was all worth while for two little sentences.
Hadley:  Mommy, I am so glad I have a baby brother.  (They played together until about 10:30pm when Easton fell asleep).
Hadley fell asleep around 10:45pm.
Then later after everything was packed up and the kids were in their car seats and I was on the 401 on the way home there was another special sentence:  Mommy, I had fun there.
So, even though the movie wasn't that great and both kids fell asleep before it ended.  It was all worth while to have this night out with the kids.
