Diapers - Pampers vs. Huggies
Pampers Baby Dry was all I would use with Hadley. I received many samples in the mail and even some from Costco and other places as gifts. After trial and error Pampers was the best by far. Plus they had a great points system to get free stuff.
Of course I used the cloth diapers when at home but when out I needed a good diaper to rely on. So for the past three years it has been Pampers all the way.
So, naturally I bought Pampers Baby Dry for Easton in the newborn size. However, after getting a raving review from a friend about the NEW snugglers from Huggies I decided to give them a try when I needed more diapers. (I felt like I was betraying a good friend), but if it was better than I should at least give it a try. Plus maybe there was a difference between boy and girl.
So after about two weeks of using them, I decided that yes, they have a better cut to fit around the baby, but NO, they do not hold the explosions in.
I am not paid to say this but trust me when I say... go with the pampers!
I went back to my friend and said that I had to switch back and this is what she said to me: I already have!
Now for the news on cloth. To be honest I still love my cloth but I am finding it hard to keep 12 diapers clean as often as I would like. So, Easton is wearing cloth only about 2 days a week. This will change when he gets into the medium size as I have over 24 of those. Still I am doing at least a little for the environment, and his little bum.
