Halloween 2010

This weekend was packed full of Halloween fun.  On Saturday the 30th we got together with the mommy group for our annual Halloween photo shoot, goodies and fun.  All of the kids were so cute.  There are so many kids now that they don't all fit on one couch. So much fun though!  I love our group.
The kids got along very well for there being so many of them together.

Sunday started and ended on a very busy note!  We began our day at the Toronto Zoo.  This has become an annual event to go to the zoo for Halloween.  I have a picture of Hadley with an Elephant every year and this year I got my first picture of Easton with an elephant.
We walked around and saw other animals too and I thought the tigers were specifically interesting on this visit.  Mostly because they were so active on that day and maybe because Hadley was dressed at Tigger from Winnie the Pooh. :)

From there we headed to Brian's dad's house to visit with him and Julie (Brian's sister) in Kitchener.

Then it was on to Listowel to meet up with my sister Mandy and my nephew Jayden for dinner at McDonalds followed by trick or treating around town.
We got the kids dressed (Hadley as Tigger, Jayden as Eeyore and Easton as Piglet, all from Winnie the Pooh) at Brian's mom's house and trick or treated Mandy's old neighbourhood.  Then headed to my mom's house where we perfectly timed meeting up with my cousin Natasha and her two boys Cooper and Jake.
A good visit at Mandy's mother and father in law was next.  We were graciously gifted a home-made yellow blanket with white trim for Easton here.
Next up were the Coles.  We saw Janie, Bruce and Sarah.  It was a short visit but a good one.
At my aunt Nancy's house we were greeted by my aunt at the door and then my uncle Kent popped out from behind the door to make Jayden and I jump as he was dressed up as Sylvester.  Hadley wasn't afraid but wondered why there was someone dressed up inside a house.  :)  Jayden wasn't a big fan and Easton was asleep.
We visited for a little while and were gifted a sleep sheep for Easton.
The second last stop included a visit to our friend Bonnie's (a friend of Brian's mom and a neighbour of my dad's).  She had gifts for us also.  Playdoh for Hadley and a cute little outfit and some containers for Easton.
All of the gifts were unexpected but very nice!
We ended the night at my dads house and timed it well to also visit with my brother Joe.
Easton was so cozy warm in his costume that he slept through the entire trick or treating experience so here is where we fed and changed him and gave him some awake time before heading back to Toronto.
What a busy fun weekend!
I hope I remembered all the stops.  :)  We wanted to do more but ran out of time.
