Yesterday Hadley was trying to explain the details of her map to me and she kept saying plock.  I didn't know what this was so she finally said, mommy it starts with a a C.
Ahh, Clock.  Got it.

I love it.  I was there.  I didn't know what she was saying either and then when see said "it starts with a C" we knew.  I'm proud of her for trying a different way of explaining something which I have been encouraging for a while. (Like, what color is it, how big is it, where would I see it, etc.)  Having her spell a word for us was more than I was expecting out of a 3 year old.
