Scissors and Drawings

I think it is important to note how well Hadley is doing with handling scissors.  She knows that the small hole is used for the thumb and the big hole for the other fingers, she has gained some strength and cuts with intention now instead of by accident.  She also knows that scissors when not in use should be closed.
I have shown her a few times how to pass them, and walk with them but for now it is easiest for her to put them on the table closed and allow the other person to take a turn or leave them on the table if she needs to get something else rather than walk around with them.

Drawings for Hadley have also become more intentional.  Instead of random scribbles she now draws figures with arms, legs, eyes, noses, and mouths.  She also is very interested in drawing the letters to say who she drew, and who made the photo (her name).
Although she usually gets bored halfway through drawing the names.  Lots of her letters still need work but she is definitely wanting to try.
