The baby weighs approximately 4.73 pounds or 2146 grams and is approximately 17.72 inches or 45 cm long.
My antibodies to disease begin flowing rapidly to the baby through the placenta. The baby begins to develop sleeping patterns now. I wish I knew how to influence this. :)
Babies born prematurely on or after this date have a good chance of survival with most of their organs functional. This is good news!
The rapid flow of blood through the umbilical cord keeps it taut, preventing tangles. This is also good news!
Hadley and I met up with Lindsay today. It is fun to share this pregnancy with her, among my other pregnant friends. :)
