Camping
This last week has been very busy.
First Hadley and I went for two days to visit Shaye at her new house in Muskoka! It is so cute. With lots of wilderness around her. A perfect house for her.
She treated us to good food and conversation. We also traveled to Gravenhurst when the rain stopped to enjoy some time by the water and at the park for Hadley.
Then a few days later Brian, Hadley and I drove to Point Farms on Lake Huron to join Phil, Doreen, Kiana, Aiden, Jeff, Teresa, Scott, Alex and Josh and their friend Brandon for a camping weekend.
We again enjoyed much conversation especially over the news of Phil and Doreen adopting again, and our baby coming in just a few short weeks.
We don't normally camp with an air mattress but at 7 months pregnant this made it all possible.
We saw a birds of prey show, and enjoyed one hike with the kids, as well as some time at the beach but mostly we spent time at the park, and enjoying time around the campfire.
Hadley loved Jeff and Teresa's dog Stella and played VERY well with Kiana and Aiden.
Teresa brought marshmallows that were so big that I don't think you would believe me if I told you how big they were. It was great to get out camping.
