30 wks LMP (28 wks gestation).  10 WEEKS TO GO!
The baby weighs approximately 2.91 lbs or 1319 grams and is approximately 15.71 inches or 39.9 cm long.

Baby's body continues to grow quickly. The baby's brain is developing, with different sections taking shape.
Colostrum may begin to form. It is the predecessor of breast milk.
I am pretty sure I have Braxton-Hicks contractions most days but they say don't worry.

Back pain continues.

I have gained about 37 pounds.

The baby doesn't like it much when I sit upright in a chair... or lay down, or well, I am pretty much uncomfortable in most positions.  However, I don't seem to have much swelling so that is a plus!

Couvade often returns to men at this stage, bringing depression, fatigue, and weight gain. Increased communication helps, along with regular exercise.

So that is the update for this week.

31 cm at the Midwife appointment, and 100 over 56 for my blood pressure.  Not much new to report.  So I am just adding it to this post.
