20 weeks

I am now 20 wks LMP (18 wks gestation).
The baby weighs approx. 10.58 ounces or 300 grams and is approx. 6.46 inches or 16.4 cm long.
The baby's milk teeth begin to form under the gums.
The baby's body hair, including eyebrows and lashes begin to grow with small hairs called lanugo covering the baby's body and face. Most of it falls out before birth.
Right now the baby's skin is translucent. If you could see the baby, you would also be able to see his/her bones and organs, too!
As my belly grows, it puts pressure on my bladder.  My digestive system is also changing with a little bit of un-comfortability. So, I try eating smaller meals at more frequent intervals.  Stretching sometimes helps too.
I am craving cheese and "real meals".  Snack foods like chips or crackers or quick fix cookies or whatever, just are not cutting it.
The baby is definitely growing and movement is becoming more frequent and noticeable at least to me.
We are now half way there!  20 more weeks approximately until we meet this new little person!
