Hadley is now three so I took her for her official 3 year old doctor visit.
Painless.
Dr. Nag talked with her about stories of our trip, stickers and a few other things and was happy to see that she could relay stories of happenings in her life.  She asked about Hadley's play time wanting to know if she likes to pretend.  Yes, she loves it.  She wanted to know how long her attention span was.  I said depending on what we are doing it could be very long.  Like the other day we read a 96 page Winnie the Pooh book and she sat through the whole thing.  She asked her to hop.  No problem there.  She then said by next year she will be hopping on one foot.  And then Hadley made a very cute attempt.  I don't think it will take a year for her to master this skill. :)

Hadley was measured at 92 cm up from 88 cm last year.  Then she was weighed and she was 30.25 lbs up from 25 lbs last year.
She is in the 25% for height, meaning 75% of kids are taller than her.  (This is a total switch from last year), and she is in the 50% for weight (again a switch from last year of 25%.  This means she is average weight to all other kids her age instead of underweight).
The doctor said this often happens.  One year it shows growth up, the next year weight.
Hadley had her eyes, teeth, and ears checked.  Dr. Nag felt her stomach and listened to her heart and lungs.  All good.
