Napoleon Vs. The Turk
We went to see Jamie's new play this evening, Napoleon Vs. The Turk ( http://www.theturk.ca ) showing at the Toronto Fringe festival ( http://www.fringetoronto.com/ ).
It was really quite good, and Jamie was amazing. Playing Napoleon, he doesn't show up until the second half, but what an entrance.
I've said this before, but we really don't get out to enough shows, which is really a shame since we live in one of the theatre capitals of the world. It was an hour long, ten bucks, and worth every penny.
Afterward the cast, cast significant others, and Leanne and I went to the Wheat Sheath for a pint.
If you are in the city, the festival is on for a while, go catch a show. You'll be glad you did.
