Recognizing how to get home
Today on the way home we turned onto Rands Road but without our house even in site Hadley said, "almost home".
What a cool thing to have her recognize where she was and tell me about where we were going including reciting our address with great enthusiasm.
I often ask Hadley to tell me when she sees certain locations when we get close to them. Like the library, the OEYC, the grocery store, home etc.
Up until now she has been able to point them out as they come into site but not tell me that they are upcoming without being prompted.
Also today on the way to PlayDay Mondays she said without being prompted, "I'll tell you when I see it".
I love that she is trying to be involved in what we are doing even in the backseat of the car.
