Tim Hortons Free Skate
Today we took advantage of the free skate in Pickering sponsored by Tim Hortons.
While Hadley was a little unsure of herself on skates at first, she soon felt comfortable enough to walk on the mats around the arena.
It took a little bit to get her to use her legs on the ice but eventually she understood that if she just stood up and balanced herself she would have fun slip sliding around with our support. (She giggled every time we said: slip slip slide).
She smiled a lot even through the struggles.
I can't wait to take her again.
