Christmas with the Vinen's
This past weekend started with what I would say is the fastest trip I have ever made to Niagara Falls.
On Saturday morning we woke up early to head to Niagara Falls to pick up casino chips for my brother for Christmas.
This year my brother and sister and I went with a theme to give each other a night out and with my brothers upcoming trip to Vegas this seemed like a perfect gift to give him some practice before going.
Unfortunately Saturday was the only time we could pick up said gift... en-route to Listowel. This made for a tiring day but I loved the look on my brothers face when he received his gift! So it was worth it!
The rest of Saturday afternoon was spent with my mom enjoying Christmas together over a roast beef dinner at my sisters house.
Sunday was Christmas at my dad's house and we were lucky enough to enjoy the company with my grandma and papa Jack as well.
We enjoyed Chinese food, good conversation and played a game together.
Our family was overwhelmingly SPOILED with gifts this weekend. I am truly a little stunned by the generosity towards our family.
While I can't explain how blessed I feel, I am also VERY thankful.
