Big Girl Bed

I think Hadley is growing.  Today while I was putting somethings away in Hadley's room she was doing her usual jumping in the crib and within what seemed like one second of me not looking... she climbed over the top of the crib.

Okay, time for a big girl bed.

Lucky for her we knew this day was coming so we have been preparing the spare bedroom for her.  With lots of clean up and the purchase of a new ABC border and me making a pink valance.  The room is almost ready.  We just need to get a dresser for her.

Tonight, Brian somehow convinced Hadley that it was her idea to want to sleep in the new big girl bed.  She loved the idea.
While it took 1/2 hour of me in the room with her, she took to the new sleep arrangements well.  We will see how through the night goes.  :)
I will have to keep my ears wide open in the morning.

An easy 15 minute bedtime routine tonight. However I am scared because she didn't like dinner tonight so I hope she doesn't wake up hungry.

I thought that crib changes into a bigger bed...
A big girl bed is very exciting and I am glad that she likes it.
