Shaye's House
Hadley and I finally ventured to my friend Shaye's new place near Washago. (Orillia area). She lives in this cute little cottage like house right on the water.
It has such a beautiful view. :)
We spent much of our time indoors catching up as it was raining but when the sun did come out we did head out her back door and went in the water. So cool and convenient. Hadley loved playing in the water!
We also enjoyed a small walk but then the rain came back.
After much conversation throughout the day we relaxed with a movie "Return to me". A much needed girly flick. :)
Shaye made us fabulous food throughout our stay and I was super surprised when she handed me a birthday present. Not that she doesn't get me a present every year, I just wasn't expecting it. She is so sweet.
I felt like I was on vacation while visiting her. Hopefully we can visit again really soon!
