Baby Logan and Michelle's Bachelorette
Last weekend was my friend Michelle's Bachelorette (I met her while at school at Georgian College).
She is marrying a great guy (Derek) at the end of August and I couldn't be happier for them!
The day started out with me traveling to Barrie to meet my friends Cort and Sherri-Lyn's new baby Logan. It was so good to be able to do two events in Barrie on the same weekend! Logan is so little. We enjoyed tea and conversation before I went to join 15 or so ladies to take a pole dancing class.
That's right, we all spent $20 and took a one hour pole dancing class.
It was SO much fun but my arms were really sore the next day!
After our lesson we went out for dinner and enjoyed cocktails at "Manhattan's" to the sound of live music. The conversation was fun and the atmosphere was great.
Following this we headed out for dancing at "The Bank"!
I had a great time and haven't been dancing in a long while. The fire alarm was pulled and the firemen showed up so that led to some fun photos of Michelle in her tiara with the firemen.
Unfortunately I had to leave at midnight with a 1.5 hour drive ahead of me. I was quite tired the next day and I am sure Hadley wondered what was up with me. I look forward to partying with these girls again at the wedding!
