Listowel McDonald's Blue Jays Day
Yesterday Hadley and I joined my brother Joe and his friends in Toronto.
Hadley recognized Joe right away, said his name and wanted him to carry her. She also wanted to show off her new words. We walked around in the rain, had dinner at the Texas Grill on Front Street and then headed to watch the Jays / Cleveland game.
Not much action in the game up until the 7th when Rolens hit a home run to make the Jays up 1-0.
However the Jays lost it in the 9th when Cleveland scored two runs.
The game started at 7:07 pm. Hadley was asleep at 8:00 pm and woke up at 9:30 pm when the game was over.
She was awake all the way home (on the GO) and for a little while after.
She eventually fell asleep just after midnight.
It was great catching up with my brother. :)
