Canada Day / Bear's moving news / Pinery

On Wednesday it was Canada Day and we headed to Waterloo to enjoy Canada Day with Brian's dad.  We actually went to Larry and Faye's house (Patti-Jo's Cousin's) and enjoyed good food, company and fireworks in their elevated backyard.  (PERFECT view of the waterloo fireworks).  Hadley was full of energy and then when the fireworks started she was amazed and then relaxed and then asleep halfway through the actual show.  :)  At least she wasn't afraid!
The next day we headed to Listowel and had lunch with my sister Mandy, her son Jayden and my brother Joe at McDonalds as Joe was working.   A short visit but still nice.  From there we  headed to Brian's mom's house as we learned this week that she was moving.  We spent the day helping her go through things in her garage.  Julie was also there helping out.  I think we got a lot done!  She is hoping to list her house really soon.  The reason the title says "Bear's moving news" is because that is what Hadley calls her grandma.  Bear.  While my note previous to this was all about how well she was doing with her speech, it seams that grandma to her, should be said "bear".  This just started this weekend but it was very consistent.  It is SO funny.
That night we also caught up with my dad for a visit and I actually got him signed up on Facebook.  We will see how much uses it.  :)
The next day was Friday.  We headed to the Pinery campground to meet up with Brian's uncles Phil and Jeff and their family and friends.  The weekend consisted of great hikes, time on the beach, and campfires amongst catching up.  Hadley is such a great little camper.
This time there were almost no mosquitos!  YAY!
On our way home we headed back to Listowel to move some heavy furniture to the garage for Brian's mom and caught up with Brian's cousin Tina, her boyfriend Jesse, and Brian's sister Julie.
It was a busy weekend but I was so happy to catch up with so many people.
