Hadleyism's
Just some things to note about Hadley.
Ice cream is her favorite food, she calls it i-ice.
She can spell her name - sort of. She sometimes says the H, always misses the A, then gets the D, L sometimes the E, but ALWAYS the Y. She loves Y.
Green continues to be her favorite colour.
Potty training is still a work in progress although we are getting somewhere with usually one success each day. She often runs to the potty after the deed is done though.
She can identify about 2/3 of the alphabet when I show her the letters as well as the word "Boom" in the book The Cat in the Hat.
Words have increased like crazy in the last few weeks and her understanding of things as well. There are too many new words to comment on them all.
The word "no" is a favorite and she often says it even if she means yes. Although she does say yes sometimes too.
She loves to play pretend especially with her Fisher Price Little People. She loves to make them go through doors in the house.
ET is her favorite stuffed animal. ET is Brian's from when he was a kid. She calls him T - T. She will go around the house looking for him... and bear (Beh) and Elmo (Elm).
She likes to have her dolls and people say "hi" to each other.
When we show her a picture of Brian she says "da ye", when we show her a picture of me she says "ma", and when we show her a picture of herself she says "you".
She loves to check for new mail.
Starfall.com is her favorite website as it has the ABC game as she calls it.
She loves going for a ride (rye) in the laundry baskets.
She is still teething the last four molars and they sometimes wake her in the middle of the night.
Brushing her teeth becomes interesting to her when we ask her to brush the teeth of one of her toys.
There are so many things to note but hopefully I covered some of the things that I just haven't noted in a while.
