Literacy Day
Yesterday was a busy day for Hadley and I. We started the day at the Books for Babies program at the library. We came home for lunch and then headed out to the Music and Movement program. Hadley was uncharacteristically practically falling asleep during this program so when we got home at around 2:30pm she went directly to sleep.
She slept until 5:15pm! She was tired.
This sleep was good for her though as we headed out to the Early Years Centre that night for the Literacy Day events. This program filled with fun activities that involved reading and playing with words and the alphabet went until 8pm.
The day was fun but it was a lot for just one day!
We also got a free book from the Early Years Centre.
