1285 ilona park road - Pickering Home a Holiday Light Spectacle

This week I read in the local newspaper about the Williams family from Pickering and how they decorate their home with enough lights to cost them $1000 for their hydro bill in the month of December alone.  At least that is how much it cost them last year.

So Tonight Brian, Hadley and I headed to Pickering to see this Christmas Town.
There were so many lights with dozens of animated holiday icons like toy soldiers, angels, polar bears, snowmen, candy canes, and to our surprise a toy train that actually moved.

While their neighbour also has his house decked out, we thought it was funny to see a huge blow-up Grinch only a few doors down.

If you live in the area you should really head out to see this free light spectacle.

Oh, they also have a bin at the curb for food donations for the local food bank.
