Sunday Morning Hockey

Today was the first time I got to Free Sunday morning outdoor hockey at Regent Park.  Michael from our floor hockey team goes regularly and invitied me.  The goalies were missing today, so there was just 5 of us skating around having a great time.  15 wonderful minutes of hockey.

right until i dislocated my kneecap again.

don't worry.  i put it back in, sat on the bench for 10 minutes, then returned to some hockey.  Another 10 min of skating and i felt my knee was a little weak, so i chose to go home and rest it.  I got home and dug out my brace.  Guess i'll be wearing that for a few days.

oh, how fun hockey was, even if it was just for a few min.

for those worried about me (hi mom) the knee is much better today. the swelling is down, and i can walk up and down stairs normally.
