Music

A while ago Mom brought the old keyboard (electronic piano) we had as kids over for Hadley.  There was no power adapter, but Leanne managed to pick one up cheap at Cash Converters.

Hadley loves it.

She sits on my lap and plays notes musically.  Different keys, with differing tempo and loudness.  The smile on her face is priceless.  Sometimes she puts my hands on the keys for me to play a bit, and then pushes them off again a short while later for her solo.

Leanne was playing a bit today while Hadley and I danced beside her.  I was thinking that not only would Hadley's Grandma Verkley be proud, so would my Grandma Verkley.  Too bad Hadley never got to play for her.  I would have like to see that.

Grandma would have been clapping to the "beat" for sure!
