Busy week
There has been a lot going on in the Verkley household over the past week.
First of all Hadley has tried a lot of new foods. It is getting to the point where it is a bit of a challenge to list all of the new foods.
On Monday I got together with my friend Christine and her new son Dean for a shopping trip at the mall. Basically we walked and talked the halls as it was raining the day we met up.
Tuesday we celebrated Audrey's first birthday at our Mommy Group. I decided to bake a cake in the #1 pan that I got for Hadley's birthday. Everyone loved it!
Wednesday a few of us went on a field trip to Costco and I was able to take advantage of Beth's card. (I think it would be dangerous if I actually had my own card)!
Thursday I went to see 21 at the movies. It is a good movie to go see if you like the Ocean's series you will like this movie.
On Friday Hadley and I started a new group for toddlers at the Lakeside Community Centre. It is a really great program that allows for singing, dancing and play.
Then yesterday was a day around the house, but today is my dad's birthday! We made the trek to Listowel to visit, enjoy some food and of course have some cake! So you see, it has been a busy week!
