yes, my kernel is horribly unpatched. I don't care. Two years without so much as a reboot is crazy. Also, it has been exactly two years since I bought a UPS.
I'm not sure I'll get to three years. There is a good chance I improve my home storage solution sometime this year, and that may include a server upgrade.
