Arrowroot
Well it seems we have our first reaction to food.
We introduced Arrowroot cookies to Hadley and 1. she loves them and 2. they really work to buy a few minutes for me to finish something... BUT... a small rash appeared on her tummy and she had some white spit up. So we took them away for a few days and all seemed fine.
About a week later we re-introduced them to her and although the white spit up didn't come back, the rash did.
So for now Arrowroot will be out of her diet.
