Happy New Year
We had new years at our house last night. ShawnB, Delena, ShawnK, and Shaye were over to help celebrate. ShawnB brought some board and wii games, so it was a night fun competition.
In case you were wondering, both ShawnB and I (and Delena) won our first game of 2008. We were on the same team :-) I'm sure there will be more competitions including an upcoming lan party. Also, I'm not so good on my 80's music trivia, but, I am smarter than a 5th grader !
We also watched Dick Clark and the ball drop. I will always remember what it was like being there in person with literally one ton of paper being dropped like confetti.
Hadley fell asleep way before midnight and slept pretty well right though our party. We were quite pleased.
