A 30th Weekend
Friday night started with the first of two 30th birthday parties.
Our good friend Ryan had a surprise birthday party hosted by his lovely wife Lori all the way in Molsworth. It was a surprise right up until a few hours before the event so I say...Success.
There were friends from high-school there to catch up with and well, we did just that until 2am in fact. Hadley included. She is such a party girl.
Saturday night we attended another 30th birthday but this time for Jamie in Toronto. We went downtown to the Imperial Pub where we talked the night away with Hadley in tow. Like I said, she is a party girl.
Now that the smoking ban is enforced, children can be in pubs with their parents so it is great for us to be able to attend these events. We only stayed out until 12:30am and the roads were not fun when we headed home but it was a great time and I am glad we went.
Hadley was so well behaved at both events.
It was a busy weekend but good fun.
This reminds me that my 30th is coming. Well, not until 2008 so I have some time to enjoy more of my 20s!
