Sippy cup or not?
This week we started giving Hadley a tupper-ware tumbler cup (without the sippy-cup attachment). We don't really want her to be drinking yet as we want her to stay focused on breast milk as it provides most of her nutrition. Perhaps when we see she is enjoying food a little more we will introduce drinks.
However, we can't ignore her interest in our cups so we let her try holding a cup of her own. We wet the cup inside just a little so she can have practice tipping it up and seeing the reaction.
Perhaps when we really introduce drinks we will use a sippy cup attachment to spare our floors!
