Brian and I attended a baby and toddler show a while back where we came across Sproutright.  It is a company that teaches parents to cook baby-food from regular everyday foods.
The teacher, Leanne, does all the cooking and finds the best in organic foods for us to chop, cook, and mix.  All while chatting about our lives, our challenges, and our achievements in parenting.  Through this conversation I found out that the Leanne's little girl's name is also Hadley.  Odd.  But cool.
Anyway, I had a great time there this morning.  Hadley came with me and spent some time in her sling, the exersauser, and in the bumbo while I made squash, and pears for her.
These tasty foods (yes, I did try them) are in the freezer right now as they take 24 hours to freeze.
We are going to start introducing food very soon.
