it is rare that we have two open saturday's in a row. in the summer, it NEVER happens. well, our plans this weekend were cancelled at late notice, so the impossible came true.
Leanne filled her Saturday by joining her family (Dad and brother) at Canada's Wonderland. I opted out because we had already gone once this year with Shawn and Delena, and we are planning on going again with the East End Dinner folks before the year is out. Sounds like she had a good time.
For me, it was WoW. World of Warcraft. This is the online computer game that I got late last year (i know, it has been that long) and have been playing from time to time since. Leanne got a copy too so we can play together when our stars align. Yesterday I logged on after the Tour de France ended (around noon) and didn't get off until 2am ! Man, it was like i was 17 on summer vacation again. sweet.
Julie is coming down the first weekend in August, and we are going to see a Blue Jay game (on either the Saturday or Sunday). I think New York is in town. If anyone is interested in joining us, let us know. We'll likely be buying tickets by the end of this week.
