LOT
As far as we (my midwife, Brian and I) can tell, the baby is in the LOT position. What does this mean? Well, the baby's back is on my left side and may swing forward temporarily. The feet are in my upper right and sometimes go across to the top. The baby's hands wiggle a little on the bottom right, but I hardly feel anything in the lower right. The baby's head feels low and makes a bit of pressure on my cervix and upper thigh and groin area. The heartbeat of the baby is easily found on the left and middle of my stomach. In this position, the baby's head should tuck easily for delivery. I like when I hear anything that says labour will be easier for me. Only a few weeks left! :)
