33 Weeks

33 wks LMP (31 wks gestation), the baby weighs 4.23 lbs or 1918 grams and is 17.2 inches or 43.7 cm long. (According to pregnancy.org).

Well, I was supposed to have another midwife appointment today but that was cancelled due to someone needing my midwife for their birthday!

So the update this week is that I really feel a baby in there, not just tiny pokes or possible limbs but a little body moving around.  Comfort is leaving me more and more each day but I continue to press on.  So far I have been able to continue with 2 workouts a week at the gym so that part is still good.  Although a far cry from my once 4-5 times a week.  :)

Washroom breaks are definitely increasing.

I continue to read a LOT about pregnancy, birth, and babies.

Oprah had an interesting segment on yesterday which I caught about 5 minutes of.  It was about mothers who worked vs. mothers who stayed at home with their children.  Each seemed to think there were possitives to the other side.  One wanted her sence of self back since she felt she put everything into her children, the other wanted her childrens first moments back since she was at work and missed being there when teeth fell out.  Interesting.  I guess the grass is always greener.

This week I hope to find sometime that works with my boss to discuss a possible last day of work before I am off on maternity.  :)
