Christmas # 6 a & b & 7
Yesterday we enjoyed two more Christmas gatherings. The first one (a) was with Brian's mom (Anne Marie), Lisa, Jeff (Lisa's boyfriend) and Julie. During the day we played games, prepared snacks and dinner and exchanged a number of gifts. . Around 5pm (b) Joe and Paul (Brian's uncles) arrived and we enjoyed good conversation, and ate a lovely meal!
At around 9pm we packed up and headed over to the Coles to wish them a Merry Christmas! We didn't stay long though as they were about to eat. (They are always "about" to eat). Which is usually great for us as guests, however, in this instance, we really had to get going as we would now be arriving home after midnight and both Brian and I had to work in the morning. Although, I was surprisingly awake again and not only stayed up for the entire drive home but for almost an hour after I got home. Odd.
In any case, Christmas was wonderful this year thanks to all of our family and friends!
