Kilimanjaro, one year on
I can't believe it was one year ago today that Leanne and I, along with some wonderful new friends, were standing on the top of the highest mountain in Africa!
It's funny how at the time, I used to say that I wouldn't climb it again, unless maybe one of my children wanted me to join them. It was a grueling climb and an accomplishment completed. Now, I think my body forgets, as I'd go again for sure. I miss the people and I loved the scenery.
Thank-you again to all the people that helped us get to the top. Guides, fellow climbers, and friends and family back home, we couldn't have done it without you.
